We combine clinical nutrition expertise with precision coaching to engineer data-driven protocols that turn scientific rigour into real results. I hold a BSc. in Nutrition from the Lebanese American University (LAU), class of 2018. I have undergone medical nutrition training at a prestigious hospital in Beirut, and I passed the national Colloquium in dietetics, earning myself the title of Registered Dietician. In dedication to my field, I continuously seek to better myself by staying updated on the latest science of sports nutrition. I am also a certified Bodybuilding Instructor.
I have been blessed with the opportunity to work with several of the biggest names in sports supplements industry in Lebanon: First Nutrition, Muscle Madness, Gold Nutrition, and Athlete Factory.
Our Story
I founded Royal Athletix with a foundation built on my university degree and seven years of experience in performance supplements sales. This unique background—merging academia with practical, client-centered insight—revealed the core methodology we employ: that short, intense training coupled with aggressive, nutrition-driven recovery delivers superior results for the busy university athlete. This principle is the core of our approach.
My commitment to this method is personal. Having overcome the challenge of being chronically underweight, I learned that true transformation requires more than just eating more or eating less —it demands using nutrition as a precise tool to influence hormonal responses for growth and recovery. This firsthand understanding is why Royal Athletix is dedicated to creating highly individualised, science-based protocols, turning disciplined effort into the physical confidence and documented results my clients deserve.
